Mocha Walnut Brownie Torte Take a brownie mix, and make it something special! Items needed: 1 Brownie Mix (type or brand of your choice) 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts 2 cups whipping cream 1/2 cup brown sugar (firmly packed) 2 tablespoons instant coffee of choice Walnut halves for garnish Follow brownie mix method on package, then add walnuts. Spoon into two greased 9-inch layer cake pans. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a 350 degree F oven. Cool. Whip cream until it begins to thicken. Gradually add brown sugar and instant coffee. Spread between layers and over top and sides. Garnish with walnut halves. Chill overnight. Serves 10.
