Angelina's Bacon & Potato Soup

Made with Bacon, Potatoes and Onions!

Items needed:

1 lb. bacon (diced & browned...crispy)
5 lbs potatoes (peeled and diced)
2-3 onions (diced)
Seasoned Salt... to taste
A dash of lemon pepper
1 tablespoon flour
shredded cheddar cheese

Brown and drain the bacon.
Add half of the diced potatoes and brown.
Drain and add diced onions and brown.
Add remaining potatoes. Add water until potatoes are covered.
Season with seasoned salt and a little lemon pepper. Cook for 2-3 hours until liquid is cooked down and then add milk until a bit more than the consistancy wanted. Cook until hot, then add the 1 tablespoon flour to thicken. Serve with shredded cheese on top.
