Penny's Peanut Butter Pie

An easy to make pie!

Items needed:

2 (3 oz) packages Cook and Serve Vanilla Pudding
4 cups milk
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup CONFECTIONER's Sugar
1 (9-inch) pie shell (baked)
whipped cream

In a saucepan cook pudding and milk over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat and cool. In a bowl cut peanut butter and CONFECTIONER's sugar together with a fork until crumbs form. Set aside about 3 tablespoons of crumbs. Pour remainder of crumbs into pie shell. Pour pudding mix over crumbs and chill until set. Top with whipped cream sprinkled with remaining crumbs.
