Amazing Coconut Pie No pie crust is needed, simply blend, bake & chill.Items Needed: (one pie for 8 servings) Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place milk sugar, baking mix, eggs, butter and vanilla in blender container; cover. Blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle the coconut on top after pouring into pie plate. Bake for 40 minutes or until pie is set and the top is golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Store in refrigerator. Never leave cream pies out of the refrigerator for more than one hour. Enjoy!
